Last year my five year old just had to be Jewel Sparkles for Halloween. The problem was the only costumes we could find were very expensive, poorly made and only came in a size 4-6 which was not going to fit her. So I found this pattern from Simplicity
http://www.simplicity.com/p-5399-childs-alice-in-wonderland-costumes.aspx and altered it to look just like Jewel Sparkles dress. I chose this pattern for the puff sleeves which Gracie really wanted. The only changes made were adding the buttons and 2 extra skirts.
